Tuesdays: 6:15-7am or 8:45-9:30am

My name is Zoe Dellaportas and I have been coaching people of all ages and skill levels for over 9 years.
My strengths lie in getting you stronger, teaching you the skills and methods you can use for the rest of your life, assisting you to incorporate better nutritional practices into your day, and informing you on the 'big rocks' to focus on for a healthy and strong life, rather than getting caught up in the latest fad.
Health and Fitness these days seems to be on a spectrum of extremes.
My job is to show you that the sweet spot lies somewhere in the middle.
It does not need to be difficult and all time consuming, let's focus on what matters and provide you with a service that you can learn from and commit to for the long run.
